Been using top chef for a few years. Done long term and short terms jobs for them locally and nationally. Absolutely amazing. Always paid one time and one of the best paid if not the best hourly paid agencies out there. Chris, Sophie and the team are amazing, and will always go far and beyond to help here staff and people on there books. Definitely would recommend using this agency. Plus some of the clients and jobs they have are amazing and high profile. If you’re thinking of going freelance or just agency work then I would definitely recommend using top chef.

I’ve known the MD since I can remember, he’s honest and straightforward type of guy who treats you on a chef to chef level. He’s got a fantastic team, Jonathan is the guy who looks after us Chefs and the one that provides us the work, he’s exactly the same type of person he’s employed by, he sorted me out with work and he has been the guy start to finish every time! In during 6 weeks get twice P45 and two times I gotta ring to home revenue to get back tax code. Promise to me for every each hour 2£ paid holiday. After I was asked to pay me holiday so they was mentioned that for first week u can't get nothing. Even cheat me for holiday lot of money!!!! If I could I put 0 stars as I was keep asking about not right payment for holiday and finally they blocked my phone number
