Next Generation offer a very good service. The chaps working for them are very professional, polite and good at their jobs. We have used them three times and we are very pleased with the results. The only ‘beef’ I have is the cost!😂

We decided to resurface our driveway with resin and after some research we contacted Next Generation Home Improvements. Their sales representative arrived on time and he was polite, courteous and very informative. The whole process was explained to us giving a step by step account of how the job would be done and to a certain timescale. We placed our order and as promised, the process went like clockwork. The preparation, the power wash of the drive then the laying of the resin was completed in a very professional manner and the site was left spotlessly clean at the end of each working day. We are very happy with the end result and we would have no hesitation recommending Next Generation Home Improvements in the future.

I’m fed up with the constant calls from this company trying to sell me stuff such as fencing and garage doors it just seems very desperate . I cancelled a resin driveway because it was the most expensive out of over 10 companies I’ve had quotes on. (More than double the price!) They keep saying they’re the best in the midlands all these companies claim to be the best! I’m not convinced with their claims and pricing. The salesman I had at my property was very friendly and professional, but the calls need to stop please!

Total rip off company they give you a very high quote and then offer a so called 35% discount to make it look like you’re getting a really good deal when in fact you’re not even getting a true honest price! AVOID! They claim to be the best when in fact I can get a true honest deal whilst supporting a small family run business for more than half the price! Don’t fall for their pushy sales tactics! Alarm bells started to ring when I checked their accounts on the companies house website . They seem to be losing money year on year ! I wonder why!? You can rip people off because you offer 10 year payment plans, I’d rather save up for a genuine honest price. Also stop calling me I refuse to have a conversation with you, I’m not interested.

We had been looking for a company to do our drive for months until we discovered New Generation. A very polite young canvasser came to our door and really impressed us with his knowledge so booked an appointment to find out more. The following day we got a call from the company to arrange for the salesman to come and see us - he was excellent and by the time he left we felt very confident that this company knew what they were doing. A date was booked to start the work. It was clear from this point they are all about top quality product, professional workmanship and customer satisfaction including a extensive guarantee on their work. The team who came to complete the first stage to prep the area were polite and very professional, as was the surveyor who visited us the following day to inspect the work. He took the time to explain the next step and what to expect when the final work laying the resin was done. Again a superb job by a very skilful team. We have the drive of our dreams and it has totally changed the look of our home. Nothing was too much trouble, questions answered clearly and the communication from head office excellent. A week after the work was complete the young canvasser returned to ask if we were happy. Great after-sales service.. We would absolutely recommend New Generation on all counts.

Really happy with my new resin patio. From booking in the quote through to completion, everyone I was in touch with where helpful and professional. There were a couple of issues during the installation but the team dealt with them efficiently and they were quickly rectified, even staying on an extra day than scheduled to complete the preparation work. All in all, I'd fully recommend Next Generation for anyone who wants a resin patio or driveway.

We were impressed with all concerned, especially the two hard working and professional teams (on some of the hottest days of year) that were involved with the installation of our new drive. The girl(s) in the office were pleasant and helpful. The end result, a fantastic looking drive !

What a brilliant service from Next Generation. Really impressed with the company, all the staff and most especially with the results. They have transformed a patchy paved patio and rotten deck into a beautiful resin patio making neat edges around the pond, lawn and shed and a lovely step down to the main garden area.
