Zycomm provided the charity I work for with radios and a repeater for a charity walk we held. Great customer service and products, they helped us with everything we needed and went above and beyond to help make the event work. Great with communication, would recommend.

Not your average tech company, Zycomm &W3Z provide services and infrastructure to areas that other ISP’s can’t reach. Quality and service are of a very high standard. I work for a SME just past the middle of nowhere, average BB speeds are still only 1mbps now, we’re being served 20mbps (and more if required) uncontended and have been for over 10 years. I was once on holiday and a lightning strike had taken out the router and I’d been phoned from work about the problem. I told the boss to just phone W3Z and they’d advise, he replied they’d monitored the router going down, was stood next to him in my office and just wanted permission to switch a few things off! You don’t get service like that from BT call centres! We also use Zycomm’s man down and radio systems for site security and communications. Excellent service 5*

Terrible internet services, not consistent with speeds or ping at all and the prices for what you get are crazy it's unreal if I didn't live in such a remote area I wouldn't take a second look at this company... £40 for 10mbs down and 0.5mbs up is disgusting...
