We received an excellent service from Holtams. From start to completion of our new kitchen. Steve was our 1st point of contact in the showroom, he was very knowledgeable on the products and very helpful. We had an idea what we wanted, but did a complete U turn, after listening to Steve's advice.Steve came out and designed our new kitchen, so we could have an upright fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the kitchen which we didn't have before. We arranged a date for fitting, and Chris came out to fit it for us. Chris is very skilled at his job, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We were very pleased with the finished result, which was gloss cashmere units and Quartz worktops. The only downside was to obtain the £700 cashback from Neff on the appliances, I must admit they don't make it easy, but I did persevere, and got the Money. I might add Steve did offer to do it for me if I couldn't do it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holtams.

My dream kitchen became a reality with Holtams I cant praise Holtams enough for a brilliant job and helping me to make my dream kitchen a reality. Right from the very start Holtams were excellent. I knew what I wanted wasn't the norm but Richard was happy to accommodate and find exactly what I was looking for in my dream kitchen. I would like to praise him for his patience and understanding of what I was trying to achieve. Once the work started all the tradespeople where exceptional:- from Keiron who made a great job of my ceiling (his first time panelling a ceiling as I never want to have to paint it again) and for all the initial prep work, thank you. To Neal (who had also done my bedroom 4 years earlier) and did another superb job of fitting the kitchen so again thank you. To Nathan who did all the electrical work a great job done, many thanks. To Tim who did all the tiling in colours he didnt normally do. Thanks for helping me make my colour palettes a reality. It really just finished the whole look off. Brilliant! To Phil the plumber another excellent job and his first red radiator! My colour choices are not what you see very often. But everyone was willing to help me make the pictures in my head of my dream kitchen a reality. Even when they couldn't quite envisage the end product in the end they all looked forward to seeing the finished kitchen. Thanks for thinking out of the box !. I absolutely love my kitchen. It just shows you dont have to have the norm. If you want the norm you can have it but if you want something different Holtams can help you achieve that also. Would highly recommend whether you want a normal kitchen or one out of the box.

We’ve recently had a kitchen designed and fitted from Holtams and couldn’t have wished for a better experience and end result. From start to finish the process has been so seamless. Steve helped with different ideas for the design and has worked a kitchen that fits our needs and space perfectly. Everything has been organised through Holtams and all trades have worked in harmony. Must say a big thanks to Martin our fitter who has been absolutely great and given us an amazing kitchen even when getting bothered by our nosey kids through the Easter holiday.

We have recently purchased a new Kitchen from Holtams and to say we are over the moon with the finished product is an understatement. From walking into the showroom with an initial enquiry, to the finished kitchen we found them to be courteous and professional. Steve our advisor, was brilliant and helped navigate us through the design of our kitchen. We had walked in with an idea in our heads and after talking though our options with Steve we found exactly what we were looking for. A special mention to Martin the Kitchen Fitter and Tim the Tiler, they were a total joy to have in our home. They were hardworking, professional and good people. They are a credit to Holtams. We initially visited the showroom where we received very helpful and valuable guidance from Sharon and Laura. We then worked with Richard to work out the best route to go down and as always, Richard provides excellent customer service and great communication. Installation of our new Neff extractor was seamless and their fitter, Neal was friendly and left the work area very clean and tidy. Thank you to you all. Highly recommend! I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Holtams Kitchens. From start to finish the staff in the showroom, especially Richard and all tradespeople were amazing and very efficient. The quality of the kitchen itself is brilliant. The fitters, electricians and plumber always arrived when they said they would and all worked with great skills. We recently had a new kitchen through Holtams and cannot recommend them highly enough. Richard took us through the design process and the various appliances available. The installation was carried out by Martin who was brilliant at keeping us updated and worked very hard to get it completed within the estimated timescale. We'd looked at Howdens as an option but even though Holtams was slightly more expensive, it was well worth it as we preferred their design and the fact that they could do everything in-house. The finished product looks exactly like the final CAD image on which we agreed. A superb local company 👍🏻

Our kitchen has just been completed, exactly on time. It looks absolutely stunning. We cannot praise the service we have received highly enough.
