Popped in today to see if they could adjust my bracelet as it’s too big. Nowhere would help me because they all said it wasn’t possible. I popped in to ask the question if they could help me and they spent time thinking of a way of making it possible and came up with an idea and sorted my bracelet so I could wear it. They are the most welcoming and genuine people. I’d recommend them to everyone. This place is amazing!!

Visited this jewellers to have my daughter's watch altered. Very friendly and helpful staff , shop is easy to access . Whilst waiting ( which was 5 minutes ) I had a look around the shop and they had some lovely pieces of jewellery to fit any budget.

Very friendly, helpful and patient staff and the owner, Steve, is an absolute wizard! After recently purchasing our beautiful Clogau Welsh Gold wedding rings from them, we took in a few watches for repair. Two of them hadn't worked for years and one had been badly damaged, so much so that I was going to scrap it, but Steve restored them both to full working order and my 'scrapper' now looks fantastic! Can't recommend these guys enough, and they will certainly be our jewellers of choice in the future. Thank you for all your help.
