I've been looking for a new van for some time however each place i visited i either didnt feel like they wanted my business or the vans they presented to me were of low quality and sometimes even unclean. I first spoke to Mike at Derbyshire used van sales a few months ago but at the time they had just sold the exact model of van i was looking for. Mike was very apologetic and did offer to show me some others they had but i needed a specific trim of Transit they didnt have. Mike said that he would try and get another one in for me and would give me a call before it was advertised. As i wasn't in a rush i was happy to oblige him thinking i probably wouldn't get a call Fast forward to 3 weeks later, call from Mike who informed me he had the exact van i was looking for and asked me when it would be convenient to come and take a look. I arranged to go down that very same day. True to his word the van was on site, Mike was very honest when describing the condition leaving nothing out. As this was a 4 year old van you expect some cosmetic imperfections. There were a couple of scuffs on the alloys and a small mark on on of the rear doors which Mike said would get it sorted no issues. I was really impressed with how honest he was about the condition and his integrity throughout my dealings with him. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and have so far not regretted it. Mike even called me a couple of weeks after i bought the van to make sure i was happy. Could not believe it! Absolute 5* Customer service. Thank You Derbyshire used van sales i will be coming back for my next van for sure.

Called up asking about a van they had in stock, had it ready for me to view very quickly. Dealt with top bloke Mike, gave me all the info I needed and had me away in it the same day. Will definitely use in the future 👍🏼
