Absolutely rude and vile people. Do not go through them!

Rude woman I Spoke to on the phone. Tried to contact about a house in leabrooks on numerous occasions. Wish they would be just upfront instead of saying they will call you back. The woman never even asked for my name, contact number.. nothing. Wouldn’t recommend

Useless agent OK if things are going smoothly but do not do a good job for the landlord if anything goes wrong. Would not recommend.

Recently I sent a couple of e mails enquiring about a property to rent on wood street in Alfreton through rightmove the advert did not state if pets were allowed therefore this is the question the emails contained however the second e Mail was sent a couple of weeks ago having not had a reply to the first one therefore I thought I would call the agent your property ladder and enquire no one answered the call so I left a voicemail message in the morning and a few hours later no one had still not got back to me so I rang again simply to see why no one answered e mails or phone calls this time the call was answered by a man called Lloyd and from the off he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered I couldn’t hear him properly and his attitude was very indifferent and unhelpful he constantly talked over me and interrupted and he said the property was in the process of being rented so I said then it shouldn’t still be on the website I could go into a lot more detail But I have severe anxiety and the member of staff was just downright rude I asked if he had been given any customer service training as his phone manner was poor but he would not say but I suspect that he hadn’t I have been in customer service for 33 yrs and he was one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with he did say that he had only been doing the job for 3 weeks and no one else was in the shop at the moment and he didn’t have a manager and it took him ages to tell me the obvious that I could complain on the website it’s instances like this that make you wonder about human nature especially in the current climate I would certainly not recommend dealing with this company when I’m sure there are other companies that are more professional thankyou

Very very rude and unprofessional

I do not recommend this place to rent from they are useless and do nothing to help they say yes we sort it and don't want a rent the go els we're avoid if possible.
