Completely and utterly disappointed with the service I received from Charles of NC motors was blatantly lied to after we had agreed together with a delivery on me purchasing a land rover evoque reg 2016 Red colour with 37k miles.which would have been on a part exchange basis agreement..for my 68 plate evoque. We had agreed on the deal and an estimated delivery time of which I was happy and was told that the evoque would be taken off sale.. I had also ceased any sale on my evoque to any other party. When Charles didn’t come deliver the evoque on the agreed day . I followed it up with him first to be told it’s gone for an mot..then after a few days no news from him so I followed it up again and was told the car is gone for a service yet nothing was discussed about any service to be done .. anyways after a another a few days I followed this up including when will he deliver I was told the vehicle has other mechanical issues which are being attended too which was a total lie.. he had Sold the evoque a few days earlier to another client yet we agreed to a sale prior already..everytime I spoke to him asking about delivery I was it has dpf issues a complete lie as I asked as to which garage is the vehicle and wasn’t given a straight answer.. just a lot of waffle and more and more waffle followed over the next few days yet he had already sold the evoque to another client .. he was hoping he would throw me off the scent by telling me the car has issues of which he lying about .. should have been honest with me from the beginning rather then saying the car has issues but couldn’t back it up as to which garage is dealing with the faults..totally unprofessional of him and dishonest. Long story short will not recommend doing business with this dealership .. pays to be honest and transparent of which this dealership needs to learn to apply to its ethos as how to carry honest and transparent dealings rather then putting profits before honesty trust and transparency !! Pays to be an honest trader.. otherwise karma will have its say’s .!!!! Next time don’t give waffle after waffle .. just be Honest !!! That simple !!!! Cost nothing to be honest!!’

Will what can I say, I've had some bad experiences with buying cars and was apprehensive about spending what I consider a fair bit on a car. My other issue is I couldn't view in person due to the distance, however Charles had my dream car. After speaking to him he went into detail about the car, I explained that I would have issues getting to view the car in person, so he then offered to bring the car to me all in the deal. Car arrived just as described and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will most certainly be using him again in the future. Thank you once again.
