Rob the owner and staff are extremely helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Will help and advise even if you just looking. I wouldnt go any where else. Also helped me as i wanted insurance for my mobility scooter and i have just had my scooter one year service. Excellent i rate this shop. Jason and Gary have been fabulous and really happy with the delivery and service, very pleased

My elderly neighbour had a rise and recline chair that wasn’t working. An engineer came out but the chair was beyond repair. A new one was needed urgently. He called the shop, measured my neighbour and a new chair was delivered very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was amazing. When the new chair was delivered they moved the other one to another position as I would have struggled with it. My neighbour is very happy. I cannot praise the staff enough. Every single one was so helpful I can highly recommend this business. They do a very good range of items including stair lifts.

The team at Derbyshire mobility have been nothing but incredible. Having initially had a folding scooter, and now an electric wheel chair, they have listened to my needs, given great advice and at every point of the process they have been communicating with me clearly and been flexible. Craig and Rob are passionate about ensuring that individuals get the right equipment, and let you discuss your thoughts. At no point did it feel hurried or pressurised, but there approach and advice was not only reassuring, it was accurate and life changing. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars is not enough. They have just gone above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you Derbyshire Mobility Team, you have given me back comfort and a level of independence. Brilliant Company.

I am an OT and work with Rob and Craig as much as I can. They are brilliant at doing what they can to help my clients. Recently they pulled out all the stops with a back up plan for a client who’s powered chair had broken…only not to be needed in end. Thanks so much guys. I know what an effort you made and it is really appreciated!!! Would definitely recommend to clients and fellow OTs. Brilliant people.

Took mother to see about a second hand mobility scooter, they had one in that was perfect for mother in mint condition, like new, at a good price, mother had a test ride and loved it, so paid for it straight away and it was delivered that afternoon. Staff are fantastic! Lot's of advice. Thanks to everyone at Derbyshire mobility.

I used the services provided by Derbyshire Mobility last year during the installation of a stairlift at the house of extremely good friends. Subsequent to this, when my parents needed a stairlift a couple of months ago, I did not hesitate to return such is the level of service provided. Rob and the entire team are consummate professionals. Every interaction – whether on the phone, in the shop, in the home or by email – is dealt with politely and efficiently. Given the range of emotions that surface when it is acknowledged that additional help with mobility is needed, their advice and recommendations are practical but also sensitive to the feelings of those affected. Workmanship during installation is second to none and follow up and aftercare is excellent. In my experience, this firm has provided practical solutions in a calm and friendly manner which, in turn, has made things considerably easier for the people I care for the most during particularly stressful times. I cannot recommend them highly enough and really wish there were more than 5 stars to award!

I cannot praise this business enough. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was nervous about looking at motability scooters but they instantly made me feel relaxed. They listened to my questions and made suggestions on which scooter would suit my lifestyle. I love the scooter I bought and would recommend anyone that needs equipment to go here.

Excellent Customer Service from initial inquiry through to final installation of a stairlift fitted at my Parent's house. The attention to detail, explanation of product, demonstration, and time spent ensuring that we were happy with the purchase and service exceeded my expectations. Excellent service. By far the best quote we had and the gentleman even gave us a free shower chair. When I booked the lift to be fitted it took less than a week from my phone call to the lift being installed. Polite work man who left no mess and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend. They go above and beyond to give as much advice and information as they can.
